We were very pleased to host two YAF college students at our December meeting.
These young people are serious about retaining their freedoms under the Constitution. They explained the work of YAF (Young Americans for Freedom) at the University of Cincinnati. One of the effective means they employ to open the minds of pro-socialist liberal progressives to their conservative principles, is to set up a table and title it, “Change My Mind.” Students join them to informally debate current political issues.
This was just a small segment of
their presentation.
They suggested we follow the publication,
The Cincinnati Republic,
(http://cincinnatirepublic.com/) for which many of the members write articles. If you read some of their past articles and view their Twitter page, you will see that YAF has had to endure harassment for their conservative views, notably their support of Judge Kavanaugh and Ben Shapiro who spoke at Ohio State Univ. this fall.
It was an eye-opener and we are thrilled to have connected with them. We will definitely continue to keep in contact.

Our Country’s Future is at a
Critical Point.
Tom Z, coordinator of liberty groups in Ohio, has shared with us his very real concerns about uniting conservatives in Ohio and across the nation.
He suggested we meet, brainstorming with as many people as possible, to collect and to sift through ideas. We need to come up with workable plans for getting the contact information of those who think as we do politically, not only on the local level, but on the state and national levels as well.
Following the meetings of individual groups, Tom plans to hold a convention of leaders to share these ideas, and from there, to bring together conservatives from across Ohio to implement our plans.
We need to be visible. The liberals (progressives) are stealing from us
— our culture, constitution and country!
On September 12, 2009, we flooded the streets and the subways of Washington, D.C. Over a million conservatives paraded through the city carrying anti-Obama signs. Maybe they need to see us again. We have a better product:
than their socialism, aka
SLAVERY.
Let’s let them know!
