LAKOTA JOINS LAW SUIT

THE LAKOTA SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS VOTED TO JOIN A LAWSUIT TO
END EDChoice
If you are one of the families who believe vouchers are a way of recognizing that parents are a much better determiner than the government of what the best education for a child is, then you should be aware.
On March 12th a special meeting was called by the Lakota School Board. The purpose of the meeting was as follows: 1) To review the impact of EDChoice Vouchers.2) Review of “Vouchers Hurt Ohio Lawsuit” with possible action to join.
Representatives Thomas Hall, (#46) and Jennifer Gross (#45), along with Senator George Lang (Dist. 4) joined the meeting via phone. Each were asked questions from the Board and gave their reasons for approving EDChoice and the use of vouchers. After much discussion the Board choices were 1) to table the motion, 2) have further discussion at a later date or 3) vote to join. The motion to join the lawsuit was passed with a 3 to 2 vote. Kelly Casper, Doug Horton and Christina French were the Yea votes.
Board members Issac Adi and Julie Shaffer voted NO.

Early man was exposed primarily to light from heat-producing sources — sun and fire. This light was rich in red and infrared light. As a result, many of our basic microbiological processes — metabolism, hormonal regulation, brain function — became dependent upon continuous exposure to red and infrared light.  
In the early 20th century we transitioned our evening lighting from fires, candles, and lamps to the incandescent lightbulb. This change posed no health problems to humans because the light provided by incandescent lightbulbs contains red and infrared light.  
Recently, however, our light environment has been changing for the worse. The increasing use of LED streetlights, headlights, and indoor lights, combined with the light emitted from our computer screens, is transforming our light environment from nourishing red and infrared light to blue and ultraviolent light. This problem is being compounded by the coatings being applied to office windows, which are designed to filter out infrared light.

ALERT!
THERE ARE FIVE (5) BILLS/RESOLUTIONS ON “CON-CON” IN OHIO ASSEMBLY CALLING FOR CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION
The Con-Con (Convention of States Lobby) wants the Ohio Legislature to apply to Congress for another Constitutional Convention (a Convention described in Article V of our Constitution), which has the power to propose any amendment or change to the Constitution that it wants. Our first and only other Constitutional Convention was supposed to be limited to amending the Articles of Confederation, but instead, locked the doors and in secrecy created an all new Constitution. Thankfully, the delegates were men like George Washington, James Madison and Benjamin Franklin who cared deeply about our country and invoked the Declaration of Independence (see below) to allow them to disregard the instructions that they had from the state legislatures that sent them there. This could definitely happen again. The Con-Con lobbyists have flooded our Ohio Legislature with FIVE (yes 5) different bills/resolutions that would call for a Convention for several different purposes, including term limits and fiscal restraints on the federal government. While these are good things, the problem is that a Convention could introduce all kinds of other amendments to our United States Constitution, like Reproductive Freedom, legalized drugs, popular vote for President, or even gun restrictions like insurance, registration or red flag laws. No matter what the “enumerated” issues are, a Convention cannot be limited to those issues. That is the problem.Five bills have been introduced in Ohio (so far):

In order to PROTECT our Constitution from the unintended consequences of an experimental convention, we are looking for patriots to either speak against these dangers at a committee hearing, or just attend some of these hearings to support the speakers. The “other side” usually fills the hearing room with supporters, so we need to have a good showing!

TALKING POINTS FOR LEGISLATORS (from Publius Huldah)

“State Legislatures cannot dictate Amendments to be considered at an Art. V Convention” shows that lobbyists’ assurances that Congress can’t call a Convention until they receive applications from 34 states asking for the same Amendment, are false.
A proposed Congressional “call,” H.CON.RES. 15 (2025), proves that Congress might count all applications together—including centuries-old, obsolete and rescinded applications—to reach the 34-State threshold! This contradicts what convention lobbyists are telling State Legislators to get their votes on the applications.

“State Legislatures have no power to select & control Delegates” shows that those who promise that State Legislators will select and control the Delegates are making stuff up! Congress decides the number and selection process for Delegates. Furthermore, Delegates have the “self-evident” Right “to alter or to abolish” our existing “Form of Government,” as recognized by the Declaration of Independence, 2nd para. So, no one has power over Delegates!
The “Brilliant Men” flyer shows that James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, four US Supreme Court Justices, and other jurists and scholars warned that Delegates to an Article V convention can’t be controlled.

“What the Convention Lobby Isn’t Telling You About the Declaration of Independence” shows why Delegates to an Article V convention have the power to throw off the Constitution we have and set up a new one, with a new and easier mode of ratification. The only power State Legislatures are granted under Article V is to ask Congress to call a Convention.

The first hearings are in the Senate Government Oversight Committee on SJR3. If you want to send an email to the Committee members, copy and paste this list of the Republican Committee members into your BCC line. (ironically, all the Democrats usually vote against it already)

In connection with this subject, listen to this Ohio Political News podcast which covers one of the 17 Ohio Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) and Jonathan Broadbent explains what the one in Cleveland is doing (NOACA- Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency). They have expanded over the last 20 yrs and are taking away our representative government. They use the Delphi method which is cunning. We have a MPO in Cincinnati as well and really all of our local governments have been hoodwinked to accept the planned Agenda 21 (2030) over the years. One of the things they do is to take numerous surveys (indoctrinating people) using taxpayer money.

“I read about the Delphi Method in the book “Behind The Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21 by Rosa Koire. This is madness and I went to one of the NOACA meetings and saw it in action. About 10 or so years ago Bay Village was sent a survey, they asked us things such as Would you like bike trails in Bay. I am sure most of us said yes. I realize now they were setting us up for the 15 minute cities. They added the bike trails to the side of our roads, in my opinion looking to eventually include us in the Cleveland 15 minute city. I just saw an article on Cleveland looking to be the next 15 minute city.

THE VIDEO LINK (OHIO POLITICAL NEWS.COM) ABOVE WAS DEC. 8 AND THEY TALKED ABOUT THE VOTE on HB 73 (actually a part of HB 315), THE MEDICAL FREEDOM BILL, before the end of the lame duck session. As you may remember Gov. DeWine eventually vetoed the “Freedom of Speech” part in the bill which would’ve prevented a healthcare provider’s ability to prescribe any FDA-approved medication “which is determined to be medically necessary for their patient,” without retaliation from health or state licensing agencies.

Based on nearly 10 years of political advocacy on medical freedom and discussions with medical freedom leaders all across the country regarding the outcomes of rallies and other public displays, we feel it necessary to notify our members that we do NOT agree with the current idea circulating that we “flood the Senate hallways” during the confirmation hearings If we really want Kennedy to get this H.H.S. appointment, then we MUST be strategic. Many of these senators are already extremely concerned about Bobby and the “anti-Vaxx” community. If people flood the halls it’s going to feed their ridiculous “anti-vaxxer” narrative and will put the Senate appointment at risk with Senators who are on the fence. The best thing advocates can do is contact both of their U.S. Senators directly and say “Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a common sense approach to health and safety. Please confirm his HHS Secretary appointment.” As always, we respect everyone’s choice and opinions on going to the Capitol, but from a political strategy standpoint, we felt it was important to inform Ohioans what is more likely to aid in securing Kennedy’s H.H.S. appointment.
