We had a nice showing of Trump supporters last Saturday. This doesn’t show everyone, about 20 there. Sheriff Jones stopped to thank us and pose with flag. We need more to show up Saturday, Oct. 17th. Probably 80% cars honking.
Carolyn Stavermann won Free Ohio Now’s best Trump outfit for the week.

     Dr. Robert Epstein, a researcher at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, (mygoogleresearch.com) in a series of controlled experiments, demonstrated the power that search results have to shift people’s opinions and voting preferences without their knowledge – up to 80 percent in some demographic groups (15 million votes). They labeled this phenomenon the “Search Engine Manipulation Effect” (SEME)
     SEME is one of the most powerful forms of influence ever discovered in the behavioral sciences, and it is especially dangerous because it is invisible to people – “subliminal,” in effect. It leaves people thinking they have made up their own minds, which is very much an illusion. 
     To quote Epstein, “I love America and democracy, and I am also not a conservative. I have been center/center-left my whole adult life.” He voted for Hillary Clinton but he has evidence that search rankings shown to American internet users were biased toward Hillary Clinton for nearly 6 months before the November 2016 election. 
     “Data I’ve collected since 2016 show that Google displays content to the American public that is biased in favor of one political party – a party I happen to like, but that’s irrelevant. No private company should have either the right or the power to manipulate large populations without their knowledge.”
     His message is that Google presents a serious threat to democracy and human autonomy. “We’re facing the end of democracy as we know it,” Epstein said. “I understand the mechanisms that are being used now to shift votes, without people’s knowledge and without leaving a paper trail.” (And he has a solution but there’s little time left (he’s been talking about this for 6 years) and he needs $10 million to do the monitoring of voters in swing states.

     The Ohio Star reported on September 3 that Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Interim Director Lance Himes released an order on Aug.
 31 – an order creating Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) shelters and legalizing their use for people who “are unable to safely self-quarantine in their place of residence and to isolate those diagnosed with or showing symptoms of COVID-19.” Gov. DeWine signed this order but who makes the decision on who will be quarantined? DeWine couldn’t answer this.

We are all upset by the riots that are taking place in Democrat cities across this nation. We feel that something must be done to stop this violence, and rather than have President Trump send in troops, we need to have Congress investigate who is backing these groups and then defund them or use the RICO ACT to stop their insurrection.
