We need Written testimony for HB 319!
 How does HB 319 Protect you and your family?

HB 319 (Conscientious, Right to Refuse.-Sponsors: Gross & Wiggam)
is a bill that guarantees the right of any Ohioan, 18 and older to decline any vaccine,
pharmaceutical, drug, or biologic, that they have a conscientious or religious
objection to WITHOUT suffering DISCRIMINATION, retribution, financial penalty,
loss of employment, or loss of access to public services. It has a provision to allow for
litigation and recoup of legal costs, if discrimination occurs.
(Note: this bill does not address children because daycares and K-12 schools have conscientious, religious and medical exemptions available.)
We need as many written testimonies as possible! There are NO limits on numbers
submitted. Testimonies can be a short paragraph up to two pages, and should include
a photo of you if you are vaccine injured
This is such short notice and that’s often how things are done in Columbus. Please
try to help by sending in your testimony and HERE are the simple steps you can take
that will make a huge difference.

The Ohio House approved in special session Thursday what it said was a compromise between House and Senate Republicans that would prohibit foreign contributions (such as $15 Billion from a Swiss donor to pass Issue 1) to any political campaign and create a legislative fix to allow President Joe Biden on the November ballot. Republicans also amended the (1st) bill on the floor to ban legal foreign nationals with green cards from contributing to political campaigns. The Stewart amendment passed 63 to 31.
From Jack Windsor, investigative reporter, The Ohio Press Network:“Foreign money is already outlawed in Ohio elections!” That’s what the press, Dems and certain Republicans are saying. Again, they are wrong.The Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) does outlaw foreign money in campaigns involving candidates – not ballot initiatives. In fact, there was a case on the matter initiated in Ohio – McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission – and the Supreme Court of the United States determined that FECA “regulates only candidate elections, not referenda or other issue-based ballot measures.”The story I wrote last year detailed the foreign money that flowed to funds that financed Issue 1 campaigns – efforts to amend the state constitution via ballot initiatives. ANOTHER IMPORTANT BILL, HB 79 THIS ONE TO DEFEAT!!!!!
In a recent email, we included a video on how our smart meters are affecting our health although most people are not aware. Covid shots and corrupt hospital protocols woke a lot of people up to the “Great Poisoning” that is happening in our country. Wireless radiation is a huge part of the “Great Poisoning” as it affects every cell of your body with oxidative stress and resulting in free radicals which we all know can eventually lead to cancer. Take it from a Health and Wellness Coach who is exposed to people suffering every day, she can tell you wireless radiation and EMFs are affecting every single person adversely!
This bill is a win-win for the utility companies and extremely detrimental to consumers.  After looking at the wording of this bill, we realize how dangerous it would be to consumer privacy, surveillance, freedom of choice, and informed consent not to mention all the unsafe Smart technology that would be required to deliver the “behavioral energy savings,” “peak demand reduction savings,” and “demand side management” goals of this legislation. Just like with Smart meters, there is NO benefit to the consumer with HB79, only to the utilities, and this bill sounds like a dystopian nightmare of surveillance and control of all of our energy usage.

TELL THEM NOT TO BRING HB 79 TO THE FLOOR FOR A VOTE!! IT NEEDS TO DIE!

Tom Zawistowski suffered a serious heart attack while here this week in Cincinnati for the West Side We the People meeting Wednesday. He drove himself to UC emergency and within 50 minutes was in surgery getting a stint put in to solve the problem. He’s doing pretty well and back home. Listen to what he has to say HERE. Please listen to the end because of his message about Memorial Day (which he emphasizes is NOT Veterans Day but Memorial which honors those who died for our freedoms, over a million) and Madison Rising’s rendition of the Star Bangled Banner following that.

There’s so much information in here on our GOP leadership. You need to know what’s going on. She talks about taking the “oath” when she and others cannot sign-on to abortion on demand, now in the Ohio Constitution!
Concerning the vote on Brown’s Resolution about further punishment for Speaker Stephens, Jess has the list of members who voted NO (on sending it to a committee where it will die – no discussion). Our Dist. 4 rep. Debbie Lang was a “wobbly” NO when talking to her and our other rep, Gary Cates, never responded. It was a secret ballot so we can’t be sure how they voted. Jess has neither one on her list of those who voted NO. (She talked to Deb herself)
Jess’ conclusion in her newsletter:
“Friends, as long as party leadership holds such arrogance and contempt for Tea Party and grassroots conservatives, we will never succeed. I am proud to be a Tea Party grassroots conservative. We are the foundation of the Republican Party. But we are being pushed out and replaced by those who prefer an oligarchic system, concentrating the future of the party in the hands of a few elite and wealthy individuals. And if you aren’t in the club, you’re out. This disregard for grassroots voices threatens the core values and democratic principles of our party.”

– APRIL 26

In what can only be described as a political irony, the Ohio Republican State
Central Committee decided (again) to not levy any meaningful penalties
on Speaker Jason Stephens and his cohorts, the aptly named “Blue 22.”
This decision—or dare I say ‘a lack thereof’—has left many within the Republican
party feeling as though they’re participants in a grand farce, where the
curtains refuse to fall.”

And from REP. JESS FRANZ (Dist. 5) who spoke at the meeting:
“During the Republican State Central Committee meeting on April 26,
the Conservative Caucus proposed a resolution to address House Speaker
Jason Stephens’ egregious actions against fellow Republican Representatives.
Initiated by Member Brown, the resolution garnered 27 votes for discussion.
I had planned to amend the resolution to include Stephens’ disaffiliation,
but 39 members voted to throw the resolution into a non-existent resolution
subcommittee, likely dooming it.Despite warnings from Brown, myself, and
others about the potential impact on the November elections, our concerns were
largely ignored. Last Wednesday, May 1, Stephens retaliated against conservative state representatives who supported Blue 22 challengers by stripping them of
committee assignments. As a Speaker elected by Democrats, we anticipate
Stephens will prioritize supporting Democrat candidates in November over
those who defeated his Blue 22 allies. If this occurs, the Republican Party State
Central Committee members who failed to act against Stephens will bear
responsibility for further harm to the party and its candidates.
I will post the names of the twenty-seven (27) members who voted against
sending the resolution to a nonexistent subcommittee. Please contact these
members to thank them for their efforts to hold Speaker Stephens accountable.
If your State Central Committee representative voted to avoid addressing
Stephens’ actions, I encourage you to contact them and ask them why.”

Nerve Disrupting Frequencies Radiating from “Smart” Meters
You may be aware of this already but if not, these smart meters which we have
on our houses now, are doing a lot of damage to our bodies. The power
companies have replaced the analog meter with the smart meter and if you
want to opt out, it will cost you – both to have it taken off as well as a monthly
fee. Is that right or fair? If you have a smart meter on your bedroom wall, you
need to consider removing it. We need to demand they give us back our
analogs. Another problem is that smart meters catch on fire which is a fact
that is being hidden from us.
