Toledo City Council to restrict free speech

On Tuesday, July 11th, the President of Toledo City Council is scheduled to introduce an ordinance which would make it illegal for sidewalk counselors to minister to those going into the abortion mill on Sylvania Avenue or to offer alternatives to those going into Planned Parenthood.
