Constitution classes with the Institute of the Constitution and is affiliated with Building Blocks for Liberty as well. He’s passionate about making sure that Issue 1 passes on August 8. There is no bipartisan chain of custody as soon as a vote is made electronically on a voting machine or a paper ballot is inserted into a tabulator. We The People have no way to know if our votes are actually counted as directed on our ballot. This is further validated by the inability to view the software running on any of the voting machines or tabulators. With paper ballots and counting by hand, procedures would be in place for bipartisan chain of custody throughout the entire voting and counting process VOLUNTEEERS NEEDED! | The U.S. Supreme Court made some important First Amendment rulings this week: 1) Their decision was that institutions of higher learning cannot use race as a factor in admissions. “No student should have to worry that they will be prevented from entry into college because of their race, and thanks to today’s ruling, no student will,” READ HERE 2) Another decision affirming the right of web designer Lorie Smith to refuse to create websites for same-sex weddings has reinforced and solidified the October 2022 victory in the Tastries Bakery lawsuit, won by Thomas More Society attorneys. The deciding factor was “strict scrutiny”, under which to compel speech, whether religious or not, the government must show that doing so is the only way — that is, no other means is possible — to achieve a governmental interest of the highest order.
